The Challenge

Facilitate communication between decentralized Fieldstone divisions and Fieldstone corporate entities.

The Solution

A 5 Year Intranet Project with two phases: Phase 1 focused on HR related applications: Corporate Directory, Announcements, Events, and Presidents Message. Phase 2 focused on integration with Fieldstone’s core business. Applications were built to facilitate the sales and construction process to enable the sharing of pertinent information with the appropriate resources.

The Result

Fieldstone has increased communication between groups and has further streamlined its sales and construction process. This has both increased efficiency and the effectiveness of Fieldstones home selling and home building competencies.
